All goods sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. This also applies to our vintage and pre-owned pieces. The official EU notice below summarises your rights.

How to report a defect: write to hello@berlinvintagecorner.de with your order number and a short description, ideally with photos. Our statutory right of withdrawal is described separately in our withdrawal policy.
