We ship worldwide with trusted carriers (UPS, DHL, DHL Express). Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders over €150 within Germany and the EU. For orders below this amount:

Germany: €4.90

EU: €9.90

Rest of world: €24.90 (free over €300)

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Germany 1–3 business days; EU 3–6 business days; rest of world 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Customs & duties (orders outside the EU)

For deliveries to non-EU countries, the customer bears all import duties, taxes and customs handling fees. Since July 2021, imported goods are generally subject to import VAT, and customs duties may additionally apply to goods valued over €150. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
